tuesday
(i hardly gave you guys time to comment on monday and here i go w/ tuesday :)...)
1) we visited a temple... it was for this goddess for mothers (guang yi). she has lots of arms. we surmised that she must (a) have 5 children & (b) be a multitasker.
2) father: i am sorry that you have a callus on your typing finger. mother & i got a good laugh out of that one :). she is going to try to call you later tonite or tomarrow around 10:30am- 9:30pm to you.
3) we got to see trace's finding spot today (women & childrens hospital)- pix are below- just a little croweded there... this is probably the hospital he was born in.
4) he's been pretty quiet today... either he's given up trying to talk to us [stupid retards :)] or he's sad...
5) we walked down to a park near the hotel today... but alas, the slides were wet :(... trace did get a new gun though. he came with 2 of them, and sleeps with one.
6) we love room service! finally, food!
7) trace is still 'an'... don't know when we'll transition the name.
guess that's about it. sorry this is short; it's kinda been a low key day :).

well, it's a new morning here. Sunny and bright, and 13 below! Yikes! They've upped the snow prediction for us--4-7 inches overnight. Another snowday tomorrow? I'm wondering if Lorenna will have opportunity to talk to or see Trace's foster parents. Not with him in tow, but may just her. Seems like that might be interesting/helpful. Some how I missed the Monday post, but got caught up.
I'm just wondering what size suit case you will be buying in Guangzhou?LOL
It looks like he loves all of the toys! What about little shoes in Gaozhou?I loved even the non squeaky ones.
Keep the photos coming. He looks like he is starting to settle in with you two. I love the Playdough story and the photo.
